Position: HVAC Technician

Role Overview: As an HVAC Technician at Max Aircon Pune, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of HVAC equipment. A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are mandatory for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, refrigeration units, and related components.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, identify root causes of malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components.

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems to identify potential issues, clean and lubricate components, and ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

System Testing: Perform tests and measurements to evaluate the performance and efficiency of HVAC systems, including airflow, temperature, and pressure measurements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements. Prepare reports on system performance and recommendations for improvements.

Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address their queries, and provide guidance on system usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies while working on HVAC systems to ensure personal safety and compliance with standards.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts required for HVAC system repairs and replacements.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the installation and project teams to ensure smooth workflow, provide technical support, and assist in project execution as needed.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices through training and self-learning to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler for commuting to client locations.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in HVAC operations.
- Certification in HVAC systems or a related field is a plus.
