**Job Title: HVAC Purchase Assistant**

Reports to: Procurement Manager/Purchasing Supervisor

Department: Procurement/Purchasing

Location: Pune

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in sourcing and purchasing HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.

2. Research and evaluate suppliers, quotes, and product offerings.

3. Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.

4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and vendor information.

5. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

6. Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and warranties.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

8. Monitor inventory levels and track orders.

9. Resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues with suppliers.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations).

**Requirements**:
1. 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.

2. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

5. Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems.

6. Analytical and organizational skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
