Post - Estimation & Costing Engineer (HVAC Projects)

Qualification - B.E.(Mechanical)

Salary - 30,000 to 45,000

Exp - min 3 Years - In Pharma HVAC/Clean Room as Estimation & Costing Engineer

Responsibility
- serve our clients, manage our team and spread awareness in pursuit of our Mission and Vision.
- Periodic telephone discussions as well as regular F2F meetings with customer representatives to communicate progress and take their feedback on further improvement opportunities.
- Keeping clients engineering administration team updated and satisfied, and ensuring adherence to clients contractual commitments.
- Service partners and Subcontractors: Maintaining good relationships with high quality, reliable and cost-effective service partners and contractors with adequate redundancy to ensure smooth functioning of works at the site.
- Ensuring that the service partners deliver excellent quality of materials workmanship inline with the TTH execution standards, and within the defined costs budgets.
- Coordinating with the Procurement team for evaluation and induction of high
- quality service partners for project execution in their regions.
- Reviewing weekly and monthly completion targets for all sites; and helping Site Project Managers to deliver projects before the target deadlines.
- Ensuring planning of all associated activities for ongoing projects and to ensure our Project Managers are performing as intended, and with the intention of delivering savings as early as possible.
- Develop and track a project schedule including subcontractors manpower loading for the project
- Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs
- Direct Sum contractors in the development of drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with others
- Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
- Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety
- Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with client to insure customer satisfaction
- Manage large jobs with mínimal supervision
- Estimate changes in scope of work
- HVAC Project Managers are involved in all aspects of designing, planning, coordinating, staffing, and executing HVAC installation projects.
- Project Managers must be able to multitask and stay positive while troubleshooting in stressful situations. Project Managers lead a team of people during installations and should be personable, open-minded and energetic.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
