The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience in customer support, possess in -depth knowledge of air conditioning installations, and be capable of coordinating field service operations efficiently. Fluency in English and Tamil is essential. Key Responsibilities: ​ ● Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding HVAC service inquiries and support. ● Coordinate with internal teams and technicians to ensure timely and accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. ● Conduct site visits alongside the technician team to understand customer requirements and provide technical clarity. ● Maintain detailed records of service schedules, installation reports, and customer feedback. ● Ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and the service management team. ● Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. ● Monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Provide expert -level guidance in HVAC system functionality and support processes. Requirements Requirements: ● 4 to 8 years of experience in HVAC service coordination or support roles. ● Strong background and understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and service procedures. ● Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written). ● Experience in handling customers, managing expectations, and providing technical support. ● Ability to work in coordination with the field service team and ensure smooth operations. ● Willingness to travel to client sites for inspections, installations, and support. ● Proficient in using MS Office and basic service coordination tools. Preferred Qualifications: ● Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field. ● Prior experience working in HVAC service -based companies.
