**Role & responsibilities**
- Plan, manage, and supervise all activities related to Garment finishing processes (e.g., dyeing, washing, coating, and printing).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards for finished fabrics and garments.
- Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any defects or issues during finishing.
- Optimize finishing processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot finishing machinery to avoid downtime.
- Train and supervise finishing team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of finishing materials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
