**Job Title**: Shift Incharge - Production (Moulding Company)
**Department**: Production
**Reports To**: Production Manager
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Shift Timing**: 12 hrs

**Experience**:

- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Moulding Company

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Production Operations**: Oversee and manage the entire production process during the shift, ensuring smooth operations.
- **Meet Production Targets**: Ensure that daily, weekly, or monthly production targets are achieved on time and within quality standards.
- **Monitor Equipment**: Ensure machines and equipment are properly functioning, minimize downtime, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs if needed.
- **Manage Team**: Supervise production staff, assign tasks, ensure efficient utilization of resources, and maintain team discipline and motivation.
- **Quality Control**: Perform regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and resolve quality issues.
- **Ensure Safety Standards**: Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production floor, ensuring a safe working environment.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and finished products to ensure production flow is not interrupted.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address production-related issues promptly, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and minimize production delays.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of production data, report shift performance, and communicate any issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager.
- **Employee Training**: Provide on-the-job training for new and existing employees to improve skills, knowledge, and production efficiency.
- **Ensure Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with industry standards and company policies.
- **Improve Production Efficiency**: Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control, logistics) to ensure seamless operations and timely production.
- **Handle Emergency Situations**: Manage emergency situations effectively, such as equipment breakdowns, material shortages, or safety incidents.
- **Shift Handover**: Ensure smooth shift handover by providing detailed reports to the incoming shift incharge and ensuring continuity of operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
