About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Incharge to play a key role in leading and managing our academic programs. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of academics, from curriculum development to student success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with faculty to develop, implement, and review the curriculum.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to faculty members on teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and professional development.
- Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and develop strategies to support their academic success.
- Oversee academic integrity and implement measures to prevent plagiarism and cheating.
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes.
- Analyse student data to identify areas for improvement in the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Prepare reports on academic performance for stakeholders.
- Ensure the institution adheres to all relevant educational regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee the accreditation process and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
- Manage academic budgets and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of academic programs.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the institution related to academics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an academic leadership role (e.g., Department Chair, Academic Coordinator)
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment practices, and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools.

Pay: ₹9,134.14 - ₹46,496.99 per month
