Job Category Construction Planning Design Delivery About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world-class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large-scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG-rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Adani Realty Adani Realty is the real estate arm of one of India s leading infrastructure and development entities - Adani Group With resolute commitment to Nation Building and Growth with Goodness we are developing real estate projects in the most promising destinations integrating design aesthetics with cutting-edge construction technology Job Purpose The Executive - Finishing is responsible for assisting in the execution monitoring and quality assurance of finishing works This role involves site coordination ensuring compliance with project specifications and maintaining documentation to support seamless project completion Responsibilities Executive Finishing Execution Site Monitoring Execute finishing works as per approved designs quality standards and project timelines Assist in reviewing shop drawings material specifications and BOQs to ensure accuracy Provide hands-on technical assistance to subcontractors and site teams for smooth execution Quality Control Compliance Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to finishing specifications and standards Identify and report quality deviations to the Incharge - Finishing and follow up on corrective actions Assist in the preparation of snag lists and ensure timely rectifications before project handover Coordination Reporting Coordinate daily with site engineers contractors and other departments to ensure alignment in finishing work Provide daily progress updates to the Incharge - Finishing highlighting potential delays or quality concerns Assist in resolving site-level challenges related to materials workmanship and sequencing Documentation Safety Compliance Maintain logs of completed work materials used and compliance with project safety protocols Ensure that all finishing activities adhere to company safety policies and industry best practices Report any safety violations or risks to the Incharge - Finishing and take corrective measures as required Key Stakeholders - Internal Key Stakeholders - Internal Finance Team PMO Team Design Team Techno Commercial Facility Management CRM Key Stakeholders - External Consultants Architecture Suppliers etc Contractors Qualifications Educational Qualification Education Qualification Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Work Experience Range of years Work Experience Range of years 6-8 Years Preferred Industry Experience in finishing management within the construction industry with a preference for experience in large-scale construction projects and the real estate sector Strong knowledge of finishing systems including doors painting and other interior and exterior elements
