**Job Title: Quality Incharge (Lighting Manufacturing)**

**Location: Faridabad, Haryana**

**technology. Every product is unique — designed using materials like metal, fiber,**

**acrylic, wood, 3D prints, and specialized coatings.**

**Our products are made in small batches with precision, so quality plays the most**

**crucial role.**

**Role Objective**

**To ensure every incoming, in-process, and finished product meets Sketch Lighting’s**

**defined quality standards before it moves to the next stage — from the smallest item**

**like a screw to the final assembled light.**

**Educational Qualification**

**- Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Electronics preferred).**

**- Basic understanding of LED lighting components and electrical testing**

**equipment.**

**Experience Required**

**- 3-6 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in an LED or electronics**

**product manufacturing company.**

**- Must have experience inspecting products involving both electrical and**

**mechanical components.**

**- Should know how to read and match drawings and specifications.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**- Inspect all incoming materials (raw material, drivers, PCBs, fabricated parts)**

**before approval.**

**- Stamp “QA OK” on all materials cleared for use/payment.**

**- Reject or flag defective items immediately to Purchase & Production teams.**

**- Conduct in-process inspections**:
**o Before paint/powder coat**

**o After paint/powder coat**

**o Before assembly**

**o After assembly**

**- Conduct final product inspection before dispatch — covering**:
**o Electrical testing (continuity, CCT, CRI, flicker)**

**o Visual & dimensional check**

**o Finish & packaging verification**

**o Logo, label & branding correctness**

**- Document all findings in standard QC format.**

**- Support NPD and Production teams in validating BOMs for risk-prone parts.**

**- Help reduce rework and returns through preventive checks.**

**Technical Knowledge Expected**

**- Driver-LED PCB compatibility check**

**- LED PCB visual & functional inspection**

**- Awareness of parameters like CCT, CRI, Lumen, Flicker, Thermal Management**

**- Visual inspection standards for paint, powder coat, fabrication, and assembly**

**- Knowledge of standard testing tools (multimeter, clamp meter, lux meter, etc.)**

**Key Skills**

**- Strong attention to detail and methodical inspection habits**

**- Understanding of electronic + mechanical QC**

**- Good documentation discipline**

**- Vendor evaluation and feedback**

**- Communication with cross-functional teams**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
