**2) Job Purpose**

Plan & Ensure the optimum output with standard quality norms as per capacity of each machine in wet section that must align with the program given by managers according to Sales program given by PPC.

**3) Principal Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Optimum production output from all machines with standard quality norms.

2. Record and maintain all check lists and data required.

3. Maintain housekeeping and discipline for good working environment.

**4) Principal Accountabilities**

**Accountability -**

**Production Output** - To get maximum output from all machines with good quality. Coordinate with grey section and Stenter section for smooth and effective output.

**Process Control** - Ensure proper process control as per SOP and machine parameters. Ensure the correct route is followed during processing. Before sending material to next process ensure quality standard through lab. Fabric must be okay in following respect
- Rubbing fastness, Finish, free from crease, stains, holes, colour patchy. If any abnormality found must intimate to next section

**House Keeping**- Ensure well maintained housekeeping, follow **5s, **Ensure proper storage of goods in process all the time and department discipline.

**Department Discipline - **Ensure well discipline and working environment in the Department

**Machine Health - **Ensure proper machine cleaning schedule, preventive maintenance to improve machine health and minimize breakdowns so that increase production and improve quality.

**Cost saving **- Through close monitoring and avoid wastage always ensure cost optimization in all aspect like
- Chemical cost, manpower cost, utility consumption, other resource utilization.

**5) Education & Work Experience Required**

**Education**:Diploma & BE in Textile

**Work Experience**:Minimum 2-8 years in industry

**Skills Required**:knowledge of Fiber, Yarn, fabric properties and processing techniques. Fabric quality standard, wet processes, wet process machine knowledge, Water quality standard, and People management.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- pv lycra dying process: 4 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Haryana, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
