**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing new **prints**, patterns and fabric directions suitable for plus-size silhouettes
- Designing **tops, kurtas, dresses, suit sets** and seasonal collections
- Working closely with sampling + production teams for execution
- Ensuring **fit accuracy** for sizes L to 9XL
- Understanding fabric behaviour (georgette, rayon, cotton, blends etc.)
- Trend research, moodboards and season forecasting
- Managing tech packs and artwork files

**Skills Required**:

- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Strong understanding of women’s wear aesthetics
- Knowledge of print repeats, colour separation, pattern correction
- Solid understanding of sizing — especially for plus-size

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹53,401.82 per month
