Location: On-site – Gurugram Type: Full-time Role: Textile Designer Industry: Fashion & Luxury ApparelRole DescriptionWe're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Textile Designer to join our creative team in Gurugram. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in developing original fabric designs, prints, and surface embellishments that align with our brand's aesthetic. You'll collaborate closely with the design and production teams to bring each collection's vision to life—merging creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial sensibility.Role Responsibilities- Design original motifs, prints, and surface graphics tailored for various textile applications.- Build production-ready artwork files with accurate and seamless repeats.- Troubleshoot print-related issues such as colour mismatches, fabric distortions, and resolution inconsistencies.- Maintain a well-structured digital asset library with consistent naming conventions.- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, including test prints, revisions, and final QC.Required Skills- Strong proficiency in Advance Procreate and Adobe Photoshop (high-resolution artwork, complex layers, masks, brushes).- Expertise in repeat creation, colour indexing, colour separation, and print-ready file preparation.- Thorough understanding of digital printing, screen printing, rotary printing, and sublimation workflows.- Ability to create accurate technical specifications, manage scale adjustments, and handle fabric-specific corrections.- Knowledge of ICC profiles, colour calibration, and file optimisation for high-quality production outputs.
