**What You'll be Doing**
Do you have a passion for organization and perfecting small details? Are you task oriented and love helping others? In this role, you'll interact with other team members to research, answer questions and solve problems while performing back office and administrative type functions, related work and special projects as requested. Whether it's getting answers for internal customers quickly or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

**During a Typical Day, You'll**
- Support the customer service team to complete the customer experience
- Ensure accuracy of data and research to ensure a positive experience
- May be sending and validating documentation, working in data bases to check information correctness

**What You Bring to the Role**
- 6 months to 1 year of administrative/back office experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- **Any 9 hour shift between 8 AM & 7 PM IST - Monday to Friday**:

- Computer experience
- **Reside in Ahmedabad and work from TTEC site**
