**Profile Briefing**:
You will be the voice of the company and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

You should be able to deal with complaints, queries and give accurate information to our valued customer.

**Precise Information**:

- Title: International Customer Service Representative cum Back office
- No. of Vacancies: 1
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Shift: US | Monday to Friday | 7:30PM to 04:30 AM OR 9:00PM to 6:00AM |
- Working days**:5**:

- Desired Experience Range: 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls of customers.
- Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.
- Prepare customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficient in English (oral and written) & people skills.
- Good organizational, time management & multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- High School diploma, additional qualifications will be a plus.
