Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Executive Back Office & Customer Service to manage administrative tasks and provide excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all back-office and customer service activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in back-office operations, customer service, or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
