Drive process improvements in the day to day work

Back office tasks

Work closely with the internal business team to gather information and data to help them to create the best solution and offer for a client

Own end to end various customer requests/task and proactively drive them to successful closure

Proactive management/resolution of sales/customer workload

Generation of leads by calling the customer with the available database

Coordinate with Operations & Accounts team to ensure smooth execution of orders

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field.

Previous work experience as an Back office Executive.

Excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of computer operating systems ,Excel and MS Office software.

Ability to work as part of a team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Communication skills including report building

Use of customer-centric language

Understanding and clarification of customers’ needs

Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills

Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure

Verbal and written communication in English

**Salary**: ₹25,082.10 - ₹40,846.79 per month
