Office Time: 11:00 AM to 08:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow. The candidate should have good people management skills and the ability to support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back office operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve queries.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and update databases as required.
- Assist management in monitoring and tracking team performance.
- Support in planning and execution of operational processes.
- Handle communication between departments and ensure proper information flow.
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back office/operations/admin role.
- Strong coordination and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in operations or back-office support.
- Team handling or coordination exposure.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
