Job Title: Back Office Executive – Operations & Team Coordination

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Office Time: 11:00 AM to 08:30 PM

Team Size: 100+

Working Days: 5 Days

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow. The candidate should have good people management skills and the ability to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day back office operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve queries.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and update databases as required.
  • Assist management in monitoring and tracking team performance.
  • Support in planning and execution of operational processes.
  • Handle communication between departments and ensure proper information flow.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in back office/operations/admin role.
  • Strong coordination and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in operations or back-office support.
  • Team handling or coordination exposure.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
