**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process orders from dealers promptly and accurately.
- Provide information to dealers about new products, promotions, and schemes.
- Address dealer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of dealer issues.
- Assist in the development of customer care policies and procedures.
- Perform secretarial duties such as drafting and sending letters, reminders, and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with dealers.
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of secretarial duties and office management tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
