Job Summary:
1. Facilities Management*: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities within the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.

2. Equipment Maintenance*: Ensure all kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.

3. Procurement*: Source and procure maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring they meet quality standards and budgetary requirements.

4. Compliance*: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building codes and regulations, including conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.

5. Preventative Maintenance*: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and prolong the lifespan of assets.

6. Emergency Response*: Develop and implement emergency response plans for unexpected maintenance issues, such as equipment breakdowns or facility damage, to minimize disruption to restaurant operations.

7. Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, warranties, and inspection reports, to facilitate future maintenance and compliance efforts.

**Two Wheeler Is Mandatory.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
