Need a Purchase & Stores Executive for Restaurant.

1. Set up stores for a restaurant, operate, manage and control purchase, issues and stocking of food, non-food, consumables etc.,

2. Coordinate with various branches of the restaurant for indenting, raising indents on vendors, receipt, quality checking at intake, storing & stocking,

3. Maintaining FIFO, Ageing of stocks, monitoring expiry of stocks etc.,

4. Report to Finance and Accounts Manager for purchase booking, vendor payments

5. Maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of stores

6. Vendor Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
