**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, kitchen, and cleanliness.
- **Team Leadership and Training**:

- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to staff, ensuring optimal productivity and customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure customers receive exceptional service and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and action plans.
- Implement strategies to increase sales, such as promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Stay updated on local regulations and implement necessary changes.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Engage with customers through social media, events, and other channels to build brand loyalty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
