**POSITION PURPOSE**:
**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Hands on experience with MSSQL as DBA

2. Hands on experience with MSSQL Always on, Log-shipping, MSSQL Cluster

3. Development skill using powershell

4. Knowledge of Sybase DBA is a plus

5. Knowledge of Delphix is a plus

6. Knowledge of using Foglight for monitoring is a plus

7. Provide high quality, balanced analysis and advice on a range of issues of considerable complexity within specified SLA

8. Take principal responsibility for the identification of key methodological or process issues in the team

9. Evaluates solutions critically on the basis of logical assumptions, factual information and chooses appropriate solution

10. Good aptitude in comply with ITIL framework (Incident Management, Change Management,)

11. Understanding of Business Continuity requirements

12. Excellent time management skills

13. Participate in identification and root cause analysis of repeating problems and escalation to the responsible party for recovery and future prevention

**CONTRIBUTING RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Develop assess and select proper strategy for the projects considering performance, Cost, Time and Scope Constraints

2. Responsible to follow up and closing on all risk item identified by IG Audit or any other internal and external audits.

**TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES**:
1. MSSQL DBA with 2014, 2016, 2019 experience.

2. Working experience on Cloud is desirable.

3. Experience in core DBA, AlwaysON and Cluster implementation and monitoring activities and troubleshooting
