Position Purpose

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- 1. Hands on experience with MSSQL as DBA- 2. Hands on experience with MSSQL Always on, Log-shipping, MSSQL Cluster- 3. Development skill using powershell- 4. Knowledge of Sybase DBA is a plus- 5. Knowledge of Delphix is a plus- 6. Knowledge of using Foglight for monitoring is a plus- 7. Provide high quality, balanced analysis and advice on a range of issues of considerable complexity within specified SLA- 8. Take principal responsibility for the identification of key methodological or process issues in the team- 9. Evaluates solutions critically on the basis of logical assumptions, factual information and chooses appropriate solution- 10. Good aptitude in comply with ITIL framework (Incident Management, Change Management,)- 11. Understanding of Business Continuity requirements- 12. Excellent time management skills- 13. Participate in identification and root cause analysis of repeating problems and escalation to the responsible party for recovery and future prevention**Contributing Responsibilities**
- 1. Develop assess and select proper strategy for the projects considering performance, Cost, Time and Scope Constraints- 2. Responsible to follow up and closing on all risk item identified by IG Audit or any other internal and external audits.**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**
- 1. MSSQL DBA with 2014, 2016, 2019 experience.- 2. Working experience on Cloud is desirable.- 3. Experience in core DBA, AlwaysON and Cluster implementation and monitoring activities and troubleshootingDatabase Migration and upgrade activities
