**Job Description: IT & Information Security Manager (BFSI Sector)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT & Information Security Management**:
Lead the design, installation, and configuration of IT services, ensuring alignment with system standards and security protocols.

Oversee and maintain the security of systems and services by performing continuous security monitoring to detect potential intrusions.

Develop, implement, and enforce security procedures to maintain the highest level of security across all systems.

Ensure strict compliance with security policies and industry regulations (ISO27001, NIST).

**Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize the Bank’s IT infrastructure, performance, and security protocols.
- Provide second-level support for IT systems, managing communication with third-party vendors to implement systems and resolve technical issues.

**Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity**:

- Actively participate in the development, maintenance, testing, and execution of the organization’s Disaster Recovery plan, ensuring business continuity in the event of an incident.

**Performance Analysis & System Optimization**:

- Analyze IT environment performance and propose recommendations for system improvements, ensuring systems remain high-performing, available, cost-efficient, and up to date.

**Technology Evaluation & POC Engagement**:

- Engage in Proof of Concepts (POC) for new infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with the latest technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT and Information Security, specifically within the BFSI sector.

Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud environments and related security solutions.

Framework Knowledge: Proficiency with ISO27001 and NIST security frameworks.

Disaster Recovery: Proven experience managing disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.

Performance Optimization: Ability to analyze IT environments and propose recommendations for optimization and enhanced performance.

Collaboration Skills: Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendor relationships.

Communication & Problem-Solving :Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA would be a plus.

Experience in managing security in highly regulated environments within the BFSI sector.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
