**Roles and Responsibilities**

For Small to Medium size projects
- Perform defined processes and practices to manage systems, software, and networks to ensure consistent and reliable operation to meet the business needs
- Administration on Windows Server Technology, Administration on Virtualization Platforms, Administration on Linux Servers,
- Hands-on experience on network and security devices to troubleshoot and manage the LAN, WAN network of the bank.
- Able to define new SOP’s and change the SOP’s as per the changes due to business requirement.
- Supporting Software Configuration, Undertaking Internal & external Audits
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and/or respond to outages Interface in organization to resolve service-related issues
- Manage, research, and resolve complex end-user escalation incidents
- Maintain reliability of systems and networks by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting
- Test and perform upgrades and patches to installed operating systems and software, Monitor backups and plans for installed systems
- Maintain familiarity of recovery plans for every critical function install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support systems, networks, and software
- May develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deployment of systems
- Monitor, maintain, and execute automation processes and procedures
- Work with Office of Information Security to monitor threats, alerts, and security vulnerabilities for installed systems; implement response plan for various types of threats and attacks
- Create and maintain system documentation of processes, procedures, plans, and configurations

**Job Requirements**:
We are looking for seasoned professional with below skill set to handle IT Infrastructure owner activities as per responsibilities assigned by system department as a individual contributor.

MCA/ MBA/ BE/ MSc/B Tech or BSc IT/Graduation ITIL Certified, PMP 8-10 years’ experience Preference in Banking Domain

Technical domain understanding across IT Infra systems

System functional knowledge, related to IT process & knowledge and relate skills viz:
Documentation, Communication

Good Exposure on multiple domain areas e.g., Servers, OS, DB, Virtualization, Storage & Backup Solution, Security Solutions, Networks, Audits etc. Technical Issues analysis skill, Identifying resolutions jointly with Application Vendor and/ or Infra Systems Vendors, Server / OS / Storage experts, etc. Constantly identify initiatives to improve process efficiency and TAT’s. Vendor Co-ordination - Interact with Vendor on-site / Off-Site Delivery Teams for getting deliverables as per Project Timelines, tracking slippages, ensuring quality of deliverables and necessary escalations and arrive at remedial measures
