**Role & responsibilities**
- **Office Operations & Supplies**: Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment.
- **Facility & Workplace Management**: Oversee general facility maintenance, housekeeping services, and workplace hygiene to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
- **Travel & Logistics Coordination**: Organize travel arrangements, transportation, and hotel accommodations for employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**: Maintain administrative records such as contracts, bills, licenses, and office-related documentation in an organized and accessible manner.
- **Vendor & Service Provider Management**: Build and manage relationships with vendors, negotiate service agreements, and ensure timely delivery of office support services.
- **Government Liaison**: Coordinate with external agencies for office compliance, including government registrations, renewals, inspections, and certifications.
- **Event & Facility Support**: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and internal functions by ensuring venue readiness and resource availability.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of administrative tools/software is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
