**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop 3D models of airport buildings, structures, and infrastructure using BIM software such as Revit & Auto cad
- Ensure models accurately represent architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate their inputs into the BIM model.
- Coordinate and resolve clashes or conflicts in the model to ensure a seamless construction process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the BIM environment.
- Perform regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.
- Validate models against design documents and make necessary adjustments.
- Generate 3D visualizations and renderings for project presentations, reviews, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in creating virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) experiences for design validation and project walkthroughs.
- Prepare and update project documentation related to BIM processes, standards, and guidelines.
- Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from the 3D models.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM-related tools and methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in BIM technology.
