- **Drawing and Modeling**:

- Creating and modifying 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and models using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Preparing working drawings for various disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, MEP).
- Developing building information models (BIM) using Revit.
- Creating and improving BIM templates, families, and libraries.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals on projects.
- Coordinating and managing information within the BIM model.
- Troubleshooting issues within the model.
- **Documentation**:

- Generating construction documents from the models.
- Maintaining and updating drawings and models.
- **Quality Control**:

- Assisting with updating and maintaining quality control and CAD/BIM standards.
- **Other tasks**:

- Maintaining and developing CAD/Revit library of standard information.
- Preparing drawings and 3D models for specific spaces like cleanrooms or laboratories.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Software Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Knowledge of other relevant software (e.g., BIM software, MEP software).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP principles.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate drawings and models.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

**Experience:

Pay: ₹17,203.52 - ₹30,000.00 per month
