Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architecture and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining detailed construction drawings, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring all models are compliant with the latest industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience as a BIM Modeler
  • Knowledge of Architecture, MEP and Construction Drawings
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the construction, Scan to BIM or design industry is a plus
  • Minimum 2 year to 5 years of experience in Revit Architecture & MEP projects.
