SBA Design N Code LLP specializes in assisting Architecture and Interior design clients with BIM modeling and documentation. Our comprehensive services include BIM modeling and documentation, Scan to BIM, MEP Revit Modeling, Clash Detection Service, CAD to BIM, and Visualization. We have experience working on various types of buildings such as Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Mixed-use, Sport, and Cultural projects. Our company is based in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India, and has been operational since 2006.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an
Draftsman
located in
Delhi
, India. The
Draftsman

will be responsible for creating following:

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
  • Strong skills in Architecture and Planning
  • Experience in Drawing and technical drafting
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  • Diploma in Civil Engineer & Draftsmanship
  • Prior experience in the architecture industry is a plus

  • Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept to execution

  • Develop design concepts and present to clients and stakeholders

  • Conduct site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent

  • Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless project execution

  • Mentor junior architects and help them fine-tune their design skills and improve industry knowledge

  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations

  • Develop and implement backend service architectures using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and having valid architect license

  • At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in architecture and on-site project execution
