Job Description – BIM Modeler (MEP / Structural / Architectural) Company: SV Designers Location: Hyderabad, India Position: Project Lead/Team Lead Contact: 8985986128 Email: info.svdesigners@gmail.comRole Overview SV Designers is looking for a highly skilled BIM Modeler with 5+ years of experience in MEP, Architectural, and Structural BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. This role requires mandatory expertise in all three disciplines with strong knowledge of US BIM standards, codes, and documentation practices. The candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and managing models across disciplines to deliver high-quality BIM outputs for international projects.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines in compliance with US standards. Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation as per US codes. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks, ensuring multi-discipline integration. Collaborate with US-based architects, engineers, and project managers for project coordination. Maintain and update models during design development, construction documentation, and execution phases. Adhere to company BIM standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and US workflows. Create and manage custom Revit families, templates, and libraries per US standards. Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from models for cross-discipline deliverables.Qualifications & Skills Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in MEP, Structural, and Architectural modeling (mandatory). Proficiency in: Autodesk Revit (MEP, Structural, Architectural) Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination) Proven hands-on experience with US BIM standards, drafting practices, and deliverables. Strong understanding of LOD (300–500) and US-specific BIM requirements. Good communication skills in English. Strong interactive, coordination, and teamwork skills to work in multidisciplinary international teams. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Nice to Have Experience with Autodesk BIM 360 / ACC for US project collaboration. Familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows.
