**Job Title**: BIM Modeler - Fresher
**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 0-1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
**Industry**: Construction / Infrastructure / Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **BIM models** using software such as **Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks**, or similar tools.
- Convert 2D drawings into accurate 3D BIM models.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure model coordination and quality.
- Assist in clash detection and resolution processes.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and other BIM-based documentation.
- Maintain version control and documentation of BIM files.
- Stay updated with BIM standards, best practices, and software advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and strong willingness to learn BIM software like Revit, Civil 3D, or Navisworks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to work specifically in BIM modeling and coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
