**JOB Description:

- **
- **Model Development**: Create precise 3D models for metro, railway, and port projects using BIM software, ensuring all models meet the project's requirements and standards.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate models into the overall project plan, resolving any conflicts or discrepancies.
- **Documentation**: Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation for BIM models, including clash detection reports and drawing extractions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- **Software Proficiency**: Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks

**Key Requirements**
- **Experience**: 5 years of experience in BIM modeling within the infrastructure sector, specifically metro, railway, and ports projects.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech/B.E., or a relevant field.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
