**Job Title**: Founder’s office assistant
**Sector**: Machinery and consumables for pharmaceutical industry

**Office Hours**: 10.30 to 17.30, Monday - Friday
**Background**:
We are looking to replace our colleague who is retiring after 22 years with us. Ours is a boutique organization with a few people working from the office and a few from home.
**Job Overview and Key Responsibilities**:
As long as you are adept at English and good at MS Office, Google workspace, Excel and WORD and can manage to multi-task with various paperwork and coordination which is required in a leanly staffed business, we will teach you what to do. Stuff requires basic intelligence and willingness and does not involve long hours or stress.
What it does require is amiability and a pleasant nature.
A mature lady living within easy travel of the office and one that can fulfill the above responsibilities.
