About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and ambitious Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founder and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain end-to-end exposure to how a digital marketing agency operates — from strategy and client relations to business development and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Founder in day-to-day operations, research, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, performance, social media) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help prepare client decks, marketing proposals, and reports.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Support business development efforts — from lead tracking to client communication.
  • Maintain documentation, follow-ups, and internal communication on ongoing projects.
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and agency workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, business strategy, and agency operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a startup-like setup.
