Materials Procurement Supervisor

Position Summary:
To lead a team of 4 to 5 buyers for Local procurement, reporting to senior Team leader.

Work You’ll Do:

- You will be responsible to ensure that you deliver the assigned materials to internal departments on or before the scheduled time, conduct a proper cost analysis, monitor cost for all affiliated suppliers,
- Supplier Analysis, scan the market for the availability of supplier and create alternate vendors wherever required, analyze existing supplier's performance based on data / past experience related to rejection rate, rework Issues, delivery Issues, stock levels, supplier capacity, etc.,
- Ensure commodity-wise proper inventory control, monitor quality
- Address and resolve commodity-wise quality issues, identify and implement cost reduction initiatives at the supplier end or in the internal process,
- Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system;

You will be Part of Bought Out Procurement Team.
