Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to site staff, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Maintain open communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Report project status, issues, and potential risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures on-site.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Conduct safety meetings and trainings for on-site personnel.
- Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of materials on-site.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficient in using construction management software.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
