**Job Description: Sr./Jr. Site Supervisor - Ground Mounted/ Rooftop**

**Position Title: Solar Site Supervisor**

**Location: Ahmedabad**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess feasibility, gather requirements, and design ground-mounted solar systems.

Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for the execution of ground-mounted solar projects.

Coordinate with utility companies to ensure seamless interconnection of solar projects with the grid.

Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning phases.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures and quality/safety standards for solar installation work.

Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities.

Generate checklists for review and inspection of completed solar installation projects to ensure quality and compliance.

Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage vendors effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams for material dispatching and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success and compliance.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in solar project management, specifically with ground-mounted installations.

Strong understanding of solar system design principles, including knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) for ground-mounted installations.

Experience with LT and HT systems and grid interconnection processes.

Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end execution of solar projects, from planning to commissioning.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide technical direction and support to installation teams.

Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy systems.

Ability to travel to project sites as required and work in diverse environments.

Salary : 30k to 80k

Location : Ahmedabad
