**Job Description**:
Supervisor will be responsible for procurement activities of FOS type items. The procurement shall be done as per user requirement.

Handling of End to End Procurement process for Welding Consumables starting from enquiry to material clearance.

Employee will be responsible for:
1) Handling of enquiry, negotiations, price comparison table, Purchase order generation, shipment tracking, custom clearance and material clearance post receipt.

2) Maintaining record of ordered items.

3) Handling of documents and payment to suppliers in co-ordination with F&A.

4) Co-ordinate with welding department for smooth order execution.

5) Co-ordination with Freight forwarder and shipper for timely material movement from outside country and custom clearance.

6) Maintaining ISO related departmental process records and activity.

7) Smooth communication with suppliers and internal customers.
