Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of customer needs
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
