**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation in the B2B segment.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and generate regular reports and forecasts.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and client management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
