Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Market Analysis: Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product offerings.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Performance Metrics: Set sales goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. **1+ years of B2B sales experience**:

- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
