**About the team**:
**You will be part of global team of Citrix Administrators, Engineers, and Architects. Team is Responsible for the maintenance and support of multiple server environments and virtual desktops hosted in our global data-centres as well as Public cloud, to enable FIS to provide a highly available enterprise quality service to our customers, working alongside Infrastructure and Operations teams based in EMEA, US and APAC regions.**:
**What you will be doing**:

- ** Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service.**:

- ** Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.**:

- ** Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.**:

- ** Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.**:

- ** Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, patches on servers.**:

- ** Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment**:

- ** Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes**:

- ** In depth knowledge on Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops**:

- ** Extensive knowledge on Citrix App layering technology**:

- ** Implementation and deployment knowledge on Citrix VDI’s**:

- ** Hands on experience in configuring Citrix NetScaler**:

- ** Working experience in implementing Citrix on Azure**:

- ** Citrix certification Associate (CCA-V)**:

- ** Good troubleshooting skills and experienced in handling Global customers.**:

- ** Strong attention to detail with a Customer focus**:

- ** 24x7 support required with rotational shifts**:

- ** Strong Citrix Xenapp knowledge**:

- ** Strong understanding for Netscaler/VPX device configuration and Management**:

- ** Automation via Scripting (PowerShell)**:

- ** Analysis & Problem solving**:

- ** Basic networking TCP/IP**:
