**Job Profile : Citrix Engineer**
**Job Location : NOIDA SECTOR 11,**

- Job Profile: Minimum 4yrs. of relevant Experience in Citrix is mandatory
- Should have Expert in troubleshooting Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016. 2019 related issues.
- Should have knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP monitoring & management
- Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution.
- Create/Amend/Edit/Delete Custom Configuration Policy settings, Configuring Compliance and device restriction policies, Configuring APN certificate for iOS devices, Publishing available and mandatory apps to devices, Configuring Application wrapping for Custom Mobile apps Should have experience in Virtual App/XenDesktop 7.XX versions. Should have experience in NetScaler load balancing, GSLB, access gateway.
- Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process.
- Good oral/written communication skills, Should be fluent to develop technical relationships with end-users, OEMs and other teams.
- Responsibilities:

- Installation, Configuration and Managing Citrix Virtual App/Desktop, Citrix Hypervisor, NetScaler.
- Resolving escalated issues related to Citrix Virtual App/Desktop, NetScaler. Installation, Configuration, Managing Xen Desktop Sites.
- Installation, Configuration, Managing XenMobile setup.
- Administration of Citrix Servers/Farm version 7.x and above.
- Publishing Applications on Citrix.
- Troubleshoot the Citrix Server Issues/Citrix User Issues. Resource manager and reports generation.
- Handling the incident cases based. Coordinate with OEM and vendor for any issue Find out RCA of major issues.
- Team management.
- Preferred: Certified on Citrix Virtual App/Desktop, NetScaler. Active Directory / Group Policy / DNS/ DHCP Knowledge of MDM solutions (On-Premise / Cloud Hosted) Citrix, XenApp/XenServer XenDesktop/Provisioning Services/NetScaler /Web interface /Storefront knowledge. Basic networking knowledge will be added advantage

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 4 years (preferred)
- Netscaler: 2 years (preferred)
