**Knowledge**
- Expert level Citrix 7.x knowledge (including PVS).
- **Expert in NetScaler**:

- Expert level Ivanti 10.x knowledge.
- Microsoft Windows operating system and features (e.g. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS/DFSR, Group Policy, Failover Clustering).
- VMware vSphere server virtualization (VMware ESXi host configuration and support).
- Server network fundamentals (connectivity types, NIC teaming, VLAN’s & subnets).
- Enterprise level storage array management.
- Global server network fundamentals (WAN connectivity types, routing & switching).

**Experience**
- Multiple years of Citrix experience in enterprise environments.
- Ability to complete deep analysis, document options and recommendations.
- ITIL Change Management process.
- Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
- Previous experience on similar types of projects.
- Working within a structured project methodology \ framework (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).

**Qualifications**
- CCP-V (or equivalent)
- MCP (or equivalent)
- MCSE
- VCP 6
