**Responsibilities**:

- Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of server, storage, networking technologies, virtualization technologies
- Develops, implements, and supports a variety of infrastructure platform technologies
- Maintain excellent working relationship with 3rd Party vendors
- Implement strategies to increase reliability and decrease cost for technologies
- Implement processes for internal operational effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
- Provide technical guidance to service partners as needed
- Assist with communication of process changes, enhancements, and modifications so solutions are understood
- Work closely with development and security teams teams to identify gaps and implement solutions to drive improvements in reliability, security, performance, and availability
- Works independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations
- Supports others to solve complex problems
- Identifies innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
- Provide level 2 Citrix support to the business
- Document operational support tickets with detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutions

**Requirements**:

- Experience with VMWare vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization technology
- Experience with Citrix Technologies: Workspace, WEM, UPM, PVS, MCS, Storefront, Director, Studio, Licensing, ADC, Gateway XenApp 6.5, XenApp 7.1x, and Citrix Cloud technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, GPO’s, DNS, DHCP
- In-depth functional knowledge of varying versions of Microsoft & Linux operating systems
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory in a multi-domain environment
- Experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Application support experience
- Strong technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and other key stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
