**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain Citrix environments including **Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)**, **Citrix StoreFront**, **Citrix Director**, and **Citrix Studio**.
- Manage and troubleshoot **Citrix NetScaler (ADC)** for load balancing and remote access.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to Citrix components and Windows servers.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal user experience.
- Implement and maintain **profile management** using Citrix Profile Management or FSLogix.
- Provide technical support and resolve escalated issues related to Citrix and virtualization.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** in Citrix administration.
- Strong knowledge of **Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops**, **NetScaler**, and **Citrix Cloud**.
- Experience with **Windows Server OS**, **Active Directory**, **Group Policy**, and **PowerShell scripting**.
- Familiarity with **VMware** or **Hyper-V** virtualization platforms.
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Experience with monitoring tools like **Citrix Director**, **ControlUp**, or **eG Innovations**.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Citrix certifications such as **CCA-V**, **CCP-V**, or **CCE-V** are a plus.
- Netscaler, PVS, StoreFront, Good knowledge on Intune, Powershell, AD, SCOM.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Citrix Cloud** and hybrid deployments.
- Knowledge of **Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)** or other cloud-based VDI solutions.
- Exposure to **ITIL practices** and service management tools like ServiceNow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹309,462.49 - ₹1,317,909.07 per year
