An inside sales representative sells products or services to customers or businesses. They are responsible for developing new leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales. Responsibilities
- **Identify new sales opportunities**: Use cold-calling, trade shows, and mailing lists to find new customers
- **Understand customer needs**: Engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points
- **Make sales pitches**: Create targeted sales pitches that highlight the benefits of the product or service
- **Negotiate sales terms**: Negotiate prices and terms with customers
- **Close deals**: Close sales and process payments
- **Follow up with customers**: Make follow-up calls to determine customer needs and recommend solutions
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport and trust with customers to foster long-term relationships
- **Use CRM software**: Use CRM software to track sales progress and customer interactions
- **Collaborate with the sales team**: Work with other sales team members to identify and share best practices

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
