Job Description: Spanish Sales Agents for Accounting Process

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Spanish Sales Agents to join our team and support our accounting process. As a Spanish Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling accounting services to Spanish-speaking clients. Your exceptional communication skills in Spanish, combined with your knowledge of accounting principles, will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Client Acquisition:

- Actively reach out to potential clients, primarily targeting the Spanish-speaking market, to introduce our accounting services.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our accounting services to potential clients.
- Provide accurate and timely information about our accounting processes, pricing, and service features to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their accounting needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with clients to address their queries, provide assistance, and offer additional accounting services when appropriate.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as accounting and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, accounting regulations, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target segments, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Haryana, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
