We are hiring for a leading travel agency specializing in providing exceptional travel experiences to our clients. With a focus on the US market, we offer a wide range of services including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, cruise packages, and more. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Travel Sales Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a US Travel Sales Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, assisting them with their travel needs, and maximizing sales opportunities. You must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in travel sales, particularly within the US market. Knowledge of booking systems such as Amadeus and Google Flights is required to effectively perform the duties of this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking travel-related assistance.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to customers' preferences and budget.
- Knowledge of PPC Campaigns.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, trains, buses, cruises, and other travel services.
- Utilize Amadeus and Google Flights to search for and book travel arrangements.
- Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance customers' travel experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and product offerings to better serve customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in travel sales, preferably within the US market.
- Proficiency in booking systems such as Amadeus and Google Flights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or travel-related fields is a plus.
